Located in St Winnow, Cornwall, Tex-Mex Maid Cassandra Gonzales makes authentic Tex-Mex tacos from the meat and veg reared and grown on St Winnow Farm.

After moving to Cornwall in early 2020 I noticed the marked lack of Mexican food or products and soon realised I could be the one to make tortillas for the masses. After taking over the famous Angie’s Tea Van in 2020, I got the chance to run it as my own and what else could I do besides tacos? Aiming to recreate the flavors I grew up with using the ingredients grown on the farm, I welcome one and all to St Winnow to have a taco or four, have a good time and come back for more.
